What’s the first step? How do I start my project with you?

Step One is to reach out! Get in contact with me by filling out this form. Once we’re in contact, you will be able to schedule our first one-on-one call to discuss your project. (I normally respond in 3-4 days, I promise I’m not ignoring you) If we’re a good fit, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit. Once received, your project is officially booked.

What industries do you tend to work with?

The simple answer is ALL! Although I work heavily in hospitality branding and marketing collateral, I don’t believe in working with one single industry because working with different projects allow me to widen my horizon to provide the best quality work for everyone! Check some of them out here!

What is the timeline of my project? How long will it take?

That really depends on the scope of your project! For Branding & Logo design projects, this process typically will take about 2-3 weeks (varying depending on adjustments). For SquareSpace Website design projects, this may take up to a month (varying depending on adjustments). In every case, I rely heavily on communication with my clients so if there is a project that may require a bit more time / refinement, you will be kept in the loop! Will I receive source files for my logos / project?

Yes! For logo’s specifically, you will be sent final files of each logo variation in all formats (SVG, PDF, PNG, JPEG) and for other A La Carte projects, you will receive files in the appropriate formats depending on the project (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PDF, JPEG, PNG, PDF). You will have the chance to preview you project files before the final files are sent to you (in a ZIP file upon final payment).

What if I need more than 5 pages on my website?

No Prob! Your websites 5 pages includes the home page and 4 other completely unique pages for your brand. I’m happy work collaboratively with you to strategize your website framework which may include shuffling sections around and combining different pages. If you would rather an individual additional page, there is an $200 fee per additional page.
